2. Description of Service
SiteMagic provides website building services designed for small businesses via messaging platforms. We build, host, and maintain websites on your behalf. Our service allows you to create and manage a professional website through simple conversations — no technical skills required.
3. Account & Billing
Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. Our Free plan requires no payment information. Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and other materials. By using SiteMagic, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of building, hosting, and maintaining your website. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SiteMagic to create websites containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content. This includes but is not limited to websites that promote violence, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any website that violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to users in advance whenever possible. We are not responsible for any downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
7. Limitation of Liability
SiteMagic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SiteMagic after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
