What is SiteMagic?
SiteMagic builds professional websites for small businesses through a Telegram chat. You message @SiteMagicBot, describe your business, send photos if you have them, and we generate a website you can preview and publish — usually in minutes. There is no dashboard, no signup form, and no learning curve.
How do I start?
Open Telegram, search for @SiteMagicBot or tap the link, and send a message. The assistant will ask a few questions about your business and start building. Your Telegram account is your identity — no password to remember and no separate account to manage.
What kinds of websites do you build?
Single-page and multi-page informational sites for small businesses: service businesses (plumbers, cleaners, salons, contractors, handymen), retail shops and restaurants (menus and hours, not online ordering), freelancers, and personal portfolios. We do not build online stores, booking platforms, or apps — see the limits section below.
How long does it take?
First preview takes about a minute. Most customers go through 2–3 rounds of edits before they are happy with the result. Going live takes 30–60 seconds after you say the word.

Preview only — your site is not published to the internet, only viewable through a preview link. Single page. 100 messages per month between you and the assistant. "Built by SiteMagic" banner. Customer photos and stock library; no AI-generated images. Designed so you can build and evaluate a complete site before paying anything.
Basic ($19/mo)
Live site at yourname.sitemagic.co. Single page. Unlimited chat messages for edits. "Built by SiteMagic" banner stays. Customer photos and stock library; no AI-generated images.
Pro ($49/mo) — most popular
Up to 5 pages on a custom domain you bring (or a sitemagic.co subdomain). AI-generated images for spots where stock and customer photos do not fit. Visitor analytics dashboard. Instagram, booking, and payment widgets. Full SEO. No SiteMagic banner.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts. Cancel through the Stripe customer portal — we will send you the link in chat. Your site stays live until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable as a general rule. The Free tier exists so you can build and preview a complete site before paying anything. Exceptional refunds may be granted case-by-case — email team@sitemagic.co and we will work something out.
Building Your Site
How does the chat workflow work?
You tell us about your business — name, what you do, services, contact info, hours. Send photos through Telegram. We build a preview in about a minute and share the link. You request changes ("make the hero image darker", "add a services section", "use my new logo"). Each edit comes back as a new preview. When you are happy, you say "go live" and we publish.
Can I send photos and documents?
Yes. Photos through Telegram are converted to web-friendly formats and stored. We accept .docx, .md, and .txt documents — useful for menus, longer business descriptions, or any text you have already written. Send as a Telegram document using the paperclip icon.
Can you match a website I like?
Yes. Share the URL — "make it look like example.com" — and we will fetch it, study the design (colors, fonts, layout, tone), and apply that style to your business.
How do edits work?
Text changes, color changes, adding or removing sections, swapping photos — all included, unlimited. Edits go to a preview first; the live site is never touched until you explicitly say to update it. Most edits land in under a minute. Surgical patches where possible — changing your phone number does not re-write the rest of the page.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Every successful deploy creates a numbered version with a timestamp and a short summary of what changed. Recent versions are restorable — just say "undo the last change" or "go back to yesterday's version" in chat.
Domains & Publishing
Subdomain vs custom domain
Free and Basic sites live at yourname.sitemagic.co (a subdomain we control). Pro and Premium can use a custom domain instead — yourbusiness.com or whatever you choose.
Bringing a domain you already own (Pro)
Buy a domain at any registrar — Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare. Typical .com is $10–15/year. Tell the assistant the domain name. We give you the exact DNS records to add at your registrar. Once they propagate, your site is live on that domain.
Premium: we handle the domain
Tell us what you want, we will check availability, you confirm the choice, and we register and connect it. No extra cost beyond the monthly plan.
Can I move my site somewhere else?
Custom domain (Pro and Premium): you own the domain. We release DNS records and provide your site files at no cost. SiteMagic subdomain (Basic): you can take your files; the subdomain itself stays with us.
Features & Capabilities
Multilingual sites
Any combination of languages, on every paid plan. Primary language at /, others under /{lang}/ (e.g. /uk/, /de/). Automatic language switcher, per-language translations of every section and piece of chrome. The assistant chats with you in your language too.
Photos: yours, our stock library, AI-generated
Customer photos preferred and always free. Stock library of 113 curated professional photos free on every plan, including Free. AI-generated images on Pro and Premium for places where customer and stock photos cannot fill the need.
SEO and social previews
Proper <title> and meta-description tags per page, Open Graph and Twitter Card tags, an automatic homepage screenshot used as the social preview image. When the link is shared on WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Slack, a branded card appears with a visual preview.
What we can embed on your site
Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo and TikTok videos, individual Instagram posts (by URL), WhatsApp and Telegram chat buttons, booking buttons (Calendly, Acuity, Square, Setmore, Cal.com), embedded forms (Google Forms, Airtable), payment buttons (PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Cash App), and social-media icons.
Account & Data
Multiple sites per account
Build as many sites as you like. One site can be live at a time per subscription — others stay as previews. Promoting a new site replaces the currently-live one (which goes back to preview, loses the custom domain, and gets the SiteMagic banner if you are on Free or Basic).
Where your data lives
Conversations and site data in Supabase (United States). Generated sites hosted on Netlify (global CDN). AI processing through Anthropic's commercial API — no training on your data. Payments through Stripe. Domain registration (Premium only) through Namecheap. Full sub-processor list in the Privacy Policy.
Data retention and deletion
Active accounts: kept while you are a customer. After cancellation: 90 days, then deleted (financial records kept longer where law requires). You can ask us to delete your data sooner — email team@sitemagic.co.
What we do not do (yet)
Online stores and e-commerce. Live social-media feeds (we can embed individual posts by URL). Logo design (we will use yours if you have one). Booking systems built from scratch (we link to Calendly, Cal.com, etc.). Mobile apps. Native contact forms (we use tap-to-call, mailto, or embedded Google Forms instead).
